So as promised this is the last box I'm going to get from Art Tarte and just as it was with the previous two boxes it was...very disappointing. The theme for this box is, apparently, whales? Maybe? I'm not even going to bother describing each of the items in this box...I'm that disappointed. I'm just going to dump all the pictures that I took of the items and you can just scroll through. There are two types of paints, some random pens and pencils, stickers, a tiny bookmark, a post card, a greeting card (I'm not even sure why they included those) a detail brush and some water color papers that were cut down to resemble small cards...they didn't even bother cutting them all to the same size. Enjoy...or not.

Art Tarte August 2017
So...the second box from Art Tarte...I'm...again not impressed. I think that September is going to be my last box from them. So let us get into the box. The theme is obviously "Succulents". Kuwait customs has their customary look into the box...
I don't understand why an art subscription would have a postcard and a greeting card included in the box but that is what we have in this box.
Next comes the art supplies. First there is the Artist's Tiles, which are small mixed media papers that have a fine-tooth surface. Then there are two Ohuhu Art Markers that have a fine tip at one end and a chiselled tip on the other end in Chestnut Brown and Vermilion. Finally, a Sakura Pigma Micron pen in black.
There were also 2 pencils (one generic and a Tombow 8900 drawing Pencil), Prismacolor Premier pencils (4), and Prismacolor Blender.
Finally, there were some Succulent stickers and a Mini Doodle Book which is an Art Tarte exclusive.
Well...this is it. That is all that was in the box. I'm not even sure what to say at this point really. So I'm just going to leave it at that.

Art Tarte July 2017 box
I was really excited by the pictures provided on CrateJoy and on the subscription box site so I decided to try Art Tarte out for a couple of months. I've been trying to find the time to open it and finally did so. I was...well you'll see. As usually the Kuwait customs had gotten into the box. However, according to the information box everything is still in the box and intact.
The first thing to come out of the box was the assorted papers, they should have been in an envelope but they were all over the box.
The different colors are Strathmore pastel paper and the black ones are Faber-Castel.
The next things that came out of the box were a feather bookmark, an Art Tarte July postcard calendar, and an Art Tarte "Ombre Feathers" greating card.
And of course the information card and a card with the challenge of the month which is "Conquering Fears".
As I read the challenge and saw that the papers were for pastels my heart sank...I hate Pastels but that is not their fault.
These are Mungyo soft Pastel sticks.
Finally, pens, a pencil, an eraser and some colored pencils.
There are two Reaeon gel pens in pink and green with two refills in orange and blue, one Prismacolor Design ArtGum eraser, a Prismacolor Ebony Graphite drawing pencil, a Blending Stump which can be used to blend pastels, two Stabilo Carb-Othello pastel pencils in black and yellow, and a brandless pencil.
I looked up all the supplies in this box (as much as I could anyway) and there is no way that the items in the box add up too 25 dollars...not even close. I'm hoping this is a fluke and the next box is going to be better, otherwise I am canceling my subscription.
